WE WON....THE FANS WON!!!!

This statement from track owner John Chapman:

Sometimes you have to stand up and fight. We filed a lawsuit on Wednesday for a temporary restraining order.....AND WE WON.

We are now having fans in the stands starting tomorrow. Full details from my lawyer will be coming but for tomorrow Midvale Speedway will operate as normal. Thank God for good lawyers. Thank you all. Let's celebrate.

**We will still operate as we did on Hall of Fame Night!!! Masks WILL BE REQUIRED as you enter, exit, are up moving around to the concession stand and bathrooms and when you cannot maintain 6 foot social distancing!! IF you can maintain social distancing while sitting in your seat....you can take your mask off during that time**
